Delivery

Flowers: Bouquets are delivered Monday to Friday, up to 12 noon. Flowers need to be ordered by 12 noon on the day prior to the required delivery date. If you require something the same day, or something bespoke, please do ring the shop and we’ll try and help. There is a standard delivery charge of £5 per item. 

If the recipient isn’t in, we will look for a safe, covered space to leave the flowers, or try a neighbour. We don’t leave flowers on people’s doorstep! A card will be left to say where we have left the flowers, so they can find them. If we are unable to leave flowers safely, we will put a card through the door with our contact details. The flowers will be returned to the shop where we will either contact you or wait to hear from the recipient.

Gifts: We aim to despatch items with 3-5 working days, although please allow longer around busy seasonal times and for handmade items. We only deliver items in the United Kingdom at a standard delivery rate, of £3.95 per package. Please ensure you provide us with an accurate address when you complete the order form. All packages are sent via Royal Mail and are subject to their terms and conditions. Parcels are not considered lost/missing by the Royal Mail until 15 working days after the sending date. We are therefore unable to resend or refund orders lost in transit until 15 working days after the order sending date.
